Acts is relational, relevant and real!  We are a thriving community of faith ministering to the hurts and hopes of the people of our community.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11).”

We believe we must take the total man into consideration when preparing to minister.  Our greatest challenge is to be physically fit, emotionally stable and spiritually sound.  When I (Pastor Joe) am in this state I know I can do my best for the Lord.  We realize we are in a “High Tech” society, therefore, we use technology as a gateway to the hearts of the un-churched. Pastor Joe’s creative presentation of the Gospel Message always includes a Power-Point presentation, clip from a popular movie, drama, along with real to life illustrations.

God has prepared each of His children to minister in a unique way and we believe that it is our duty to assist every believer in discovering and developing their Spiritual Gift [s] and employing that Gift for kingdom building efforts.

ACTS HISTORY

ACTS A Church That Studies became a new Church Plant, with Trinity Baptist Church of Santa Monica as the Mother Church.  Our mission is to provide a new and friendly worship experience with the intention of reaching out to a  multi-cultural community to establish a relationship with each other and the Lord Jesus Christ.  Our purpose is to demonstrate the Love of Jesus Christ to those who are not actively involved in Church.

The Bible commands believers not just to verbalize the love of God, but to demonstrate this love through good deeds {Life-style}. (Gal. 6:10; 1 John 3:17-18;)
